because you're wonderful

I had the chance today to play along with the current Lili of the Valley challenge.  This week's challenge was a sketch challenge.  I used this adorable image called Umbrella Bunny along with one of the Lili of the Valley sentiments from the For You Circular Sentiments set.  I paired the image with some papers from the October Afternoon Thrift Shop paper pad.  It's still one of my favorites.  I used one of the circle dies from the Grand Circles Nestabilities set to cut the angled patterned paper to match the sketch.

I stamped the little bunny on some Copic X-Press It cardstock with tuxedo black memento ink.  Then, I colored it with copic markers that coordinate with my patterned papers.  I used these colors: R30, R29, R89, W1, W3, W5, YR20, YR21.  I die cut my oval shape using an oval nestability die.  Then, I cut a mask for my bunny from eclipse masking tape and die cut some clouds using the elclipse masking tape and the Cloud Die-Namics die from MFT.  While the image was still in the die, I masked my bunny and added my cloud masks.  Then, I sprayed the sky using my air compressor and a B52 copic marker.  When I removed the masks and the image from the die, I had the cute little clouds by my image.  I stitched my layers and added a few buttons.  Then, I used some glue dots, my atg, and some foam adhesive to adhere all my layers.  (I use my atg on all the layers, use the glue dots in the corners where there is stitching, and use the foam adhesive for my image and sentiment.)
