bunny birthday wishes

Hi Everyone!  Have you heard of Wild Rose Studio stamps?  They are a company that I have been collecting their stamps for quite a while, but haven't ever had time to use very many of them.  Their stamps are really cute!  Some of their designs are in clear stamps and some are rubber stamps.  They are based in the UK, but you can buy their stamps here from Lacey at Stamp and Create (based in Florida).

The image I used on this card is called Bunny with Cake.  Seriously, it is so cute, right? :)  I decided to go with a semi-CAS (clean and simple) design.  I chose some patterned papers from a paper pad from a Studio Calico card kit and some red twine and a button as my only embellishments.

I colored the image with copic markers (listed below).  I masked the image and spray the background and ground using copic markers and my air compressor.  The sentiment I used comes with the image.

After coloring the image, I added some glossy accents to the frosting on the cake and let it dry before putting my card together.  Yummy chocolate frosting! :)

Have a wonderful day!
Niki

Hi Niki, I haven't heard of this company but the stamp is adorable. I like it when you can order them in the US, I worry that international shipping will cost more than the stamp otherwise. Very cute card. It is 85 here today, are you having the warm weather too?
