Bee Mine

I got a chance to play in the featured stamper challenge on SCS yesterday.  It's been awhile since I got to play in this challenge.  I always love this challenge because it's fun to get to look through someone's gallery and find just the perfect card for inspiration.  Yesterday's featured stamper is Lori Craig and her gallery is fabulous.  I chose this card to case. 

I changed the following: all of the stamps, replaced the bees with chipboard hearts and buttons, and added the flowers, bee, and rhinestones to the main image.  All my stamps and the cardstocks are from Papertrey Ink.  I sponged the raspberry fizz ink onto the white chipboard hearts so they coordinate with the flowers.  The patterned paper is summer sunrise cardstock stamped with a honeycomb image from Honey Bees using summer sunrise ink.  I used a black pen to add the black lines and eye on my bee after stamping it in summer sunrise ink.
